The detached timber-frame 4 bedroom Eco Home has been built with eco-friendliness in mind.

The home is constructed on the principle of sustainability and sustainable designs and where possible, the materials that have been used are recyclable, renewable, reusable and natural with no toxic contents.

To minimise the amount of energy needed, the Eco Home uses a micro-combined heat and power unit, photovoltaic cells.  There is also the facility to reduce the amount of waste water through rainwater recycling.
